• Areas: Responsibility- Civil works of Boiler, ESP, Duct foundation, Fan Foundation, Mills, FGD structures foundation, Ash handling plant structures foundations, ESP Control room building, MCC Buildings, TP's and trestle foundations, Pipe and cable trestles.
• Job Responsibility: planning and execution supervision of controlled Blasting in consultation with CMPDI , concreting, design mix, Bolt alignment, Billing, monthly and weekly planning, safety planning, JSA, HIRA, PTW, Quality compliance etc.

• Planning & Input for Tendering and Construction of Ash Dyke and Ash pipe corridor.
• Co-ordination with Railway officials and RITES for construction of Simaria Railway siding works.
• Execution of Make-up water supply system from river Ganga to Barauni TPS, barge mounted pumps, approach bridge
• Completion of civil works of PT plant for Stage-I (2x110MW).
• Renovation and New construction in the NTPC Township
• Design, Estimation, Tendering and Execution of new works like Roads, Drains, Helipad and other infrastructure works.

Name of assignment or project: Maitree Super Thermal Power Project

REsponsibility: Planning, Tendering, Field Engineering, Construction, Co-ordination with consultant.

• Engineering, award and input to construction team for Infrastructure works like land filling by Dredging, Embankment Construction, slope protection, Boundary wall, watch towers, Construction gates, construction roads and drains, site office cum residence, construction store, and pontoon.
• Finalization of Technical Specification for EPC main plant package, EPC Township Package in association with Owner’s Engineer-Fichtner.
• Reply to bidder’s queries and bid evaluation

Main plant package

• Finalization of Master Drawing List, L2 schedule, Design Basis report, billing break-up, General layout plan
• Various studies such as bathymetric study, topographical survey, geotechnical study, seismic study and finalization of its reports and foundation types.
• Review and finalization of drawings pertaining to all power plant structures including Jetty, chimney, FGD, Powerhouse, switchyard, transfer points, galleries, trestles, etc.
• Adoption and deign of split pre-cast piles, ground improvement by dynamic compaction method, coal covered shed, contiguous pile as retaining wall for river, base grouting in piles, FGD, Solid waste management system, green building in power plant, concrete road, GRP flue in chimney.

Township Package

• Finalization of dwelling units’ requirements, non-residential facilities requirement, layout, tender drawings, and technical evaluation.
• Finalization of QR and other inputs to tender documents.

Solar FR

• Technical Coordination with PWC and review of FR for Rampal Solar Project and 8 MW Solar project at Maitree Site by BHEL

• Design, Engineering and review of Power plant structures, co-ordination with site construction, preparation of technical specification, tender drawings, BOQ and cost estimate for tender inputs, detail engineering.

• In-house Design and drawing preparation for super structures of power house building, mill & bunker building, Transfer points, trestles, conveyor galleries, BOP Buildings, road construction, land/area development, embankment, pipe and cable racks for Sipat-I (3x660MW), Mauda-I (2x500MW), Mauda-II (2x660MW), Darlipalli (2x800MW) and foundation design for BOP buildings and pipe and cable rack.
• Review of design and drawing for powerhouse building, BOP buildings, road construction, land/area development, embankment construction pipe and cable rack, etc. for Rihand-III (2x500MW) and Vindhyachal –IV (2X500MW), Bongaigaon (2x250MW)
• Preparation of tender documents for Telangana (2x800MW) project.

Job Responsibility:

• Design of pipe supports using PTP and Lesiga
• Design of foundations for pipe rack and minor buildings
