- Developed an Internal Calibration Plan for NDT, resulting in a significant reduction in rejection rates from customers due to enhanced accuracy and precision in testing
- Innovatively developed a new NDT technique for testing aluminum using Ir-192 source, obtaining customer approval, and expanding the range of materials the company could effectively test.
