• Review of all production related documentation to ensure timely product release in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) and company defined quality standards.
• Handling unit process and unit operation.
• Shift handling individually with men management, housekeeping and safety.
• Reactor handling like Distillation, purification, centrifuge operation like filtration and drying, operation.
• Exposure of equipment’s like various Reactors, Centrifuge, Octagonal Blender, Sifter, Tray dryer, Sparkler filter, Chromatography Column, Pressure Filter, Steam Tray Dryer.
• Function of all utilities like steam, hot water, Cooling water, vacuum system, chilled water, brine, nitrogen.
• Audit preparedness, SOP and cGMP.
• Know about qualification and validation and also new qualification protocol prepare.
• Successfully completed validation for different products.
