Worked as SME for NOKIA TAS 19.5 and Nokia CFX 5000 19.5 on Telco cloud environment CBAM, CBIS, VMware, VCenter, vSphere.
My area of worked were troubleshooting of VOLTE issue by using Wireshark traces.
Troubleshooting for Infrastructure issue of Nokia TAS and CFX 5000 in cloud environment.
Responsibility for E2E IMS VOLTE issue and fault troubleshooting and resolution for O-TAS, CFX500.
Involved in pilot configuration for 5GC in VOLTE CFX/TAS.

Diagnosis/Replacement of faulty hardware of Core nodes and HMS/Boot image version upgrade of replaced hardware of MGW.

Audit of all core nodes as per NSN guideline to prevent any emergency during festive season.

Co-coordinating with Project Team to carry out Commissioning and Integration of new networkelement.

HLR ICP check as a prerequisite for CD up gradation in co-ordination with SNOC.

Co-ordination with Material Warehouse for Repair & Replacement of faulty cards of Network Elements.
