• Cloud & IT Systems: Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Saviynt, Citrix, AWS AppStream, AWS Workspaces, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, EFT, Jira, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.

• Worked on azure data factory for data integration.

• Issue Resolution & Escalation Management: Collaborated with location and virtual support teams to clear backlog tickets and ensure timely issue resolution, minimizing downtime.
