- CDC Segmentation FW Refresh
- The Current Segmentation firewalls are 8 years old and will be EOL March 2023 and are due for a Hardware Refresh. The AM-ILCHI6-SEG01/02 segmentation firewalls were refreshed and migrated to the new hardware AM-ILCHI6-SEG03/04.
- Scheduled multiple meetings with the DXC and Zurich teams and created a list of impacted applications and organized with the respective teams for the application validation during the activity.
- It was critical activity in executing the Firewall refresh, worked with all teams, and executed this herculean task with all the efforts put in it went on well.
- Account Remediation
- Objective - The user account can be converted to a domain account, or the user account cannot be converted to a domain account in ZNA applications.
- Prepared the list of exemption applications that cannot be migrated to the domain account.
- Worked with the Philippines team and shared the detailed list of impacted applications.
- EPC1 to PC2.0 Migration
- Objective-Planning to move the servers from EPC1 to PC2.0 due to the EPC1 End of Life (EOL)
- Identified the servers and segregated the server’s environment-wise non-prod and prod by 8 waves.
- Successfully completed 6 waves and 2 more Production waves to go till May 20th, 2023.

- GLIC IT Business Technology Solutions Department has engagements with several policyholders, clearinghouses, Third Party Administrators. As per the HIPAA guidelines, Entities involved in the healthcare industry have to send and accept electronic transactions in the EDI format specified by them, not following those can result in severe penalties. GLIC Group needs a system to generate the Employee Ease from HIPAA 834 EDI received from these TPAs. The existing process at GLIC does not have any system to do this conversion process. The proposed mainframe and Vitria-based new HIPAA 834 EDI- Electronic Eligibility system will read the incoming HIPAA 834 EDI and generate the EmployeeEase Records utilizing Vitria BusinessWare.

- SPACE is an automatic yard planning software. Its Rich Graphical User Interface developed in Centura help to increase the stocking density on the terminal and provide direct control over its automatic process. The Ultimate goal of SPACE is to position every unit (such as container, roll trailer, cassette, flat, and truck) on the terminal in such a way that the unit doesn’t have to be re-handled before loading. It is developed using Centura Team Developer 4.2. Currently, the SPACE application has deployed on 20-30 terminals around the world, on average, each terminal has 4-5 client machines. This needs to migrate into .NET 4.0 frameworks in WinForms using existing components and the client’s framework called COSMOS framework

- This application is having 3 separate modules like CIA Waiver, Death Register, and Disability Register were deals with the claims. CIA waiver is used to maintain the claimant’s data, VWB reports, Starwood audit report, etc…Death Register is used to maintaining the claimant’s lifetime records of their disability period, to release the funds accordingly. The Disability Register is used to maintain the claimant’s disability track records from the period of their disability to till date when applied for the claim.
- PEARL:
- Pearl – It is the claim processing system that processes the claim to find out the amount payable for that and pays it periodically. The technologies involved are Visual Basic, COM+, COMTI, DB2, and SQL Server.
