Description: Chubb’s PRS project involves end-to-end testing of insurance workflows across different lines of business, validating UI, contracts, underwriting referrals, rating, and premium calculation. Performed testing on both web and Windows applications, collaborating with multiple teams within PRS. Also contributed as a Model Branch Coordinator to ensure smooth test execution and on-time completion of testing activities in the pre-production environment before production releases.

• Executed functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing insurance workflows.
• Analyzed business requirements, created test scenarios, test cases, and test data, and ensured complete coverage.
• Logged, tracked, and verified defects using JIRA, and coordinated with developers and BAs for timely resolution.
• Participated in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily stand-up meetings, and defect triage discussions.
• Collaborated with 4 or more cross-functional teams within PRS to support testing for various modules and integrations.
• Validated end-to-end insurance workflows involving quoting, underwriting, contract generation, and rating.
• Coordinated testing across teams in the pre-production environment, ensuring readiness before production deployments.
• Monitored testing progress and facilitated communication among QA, Dev, and release teams, ensuring completion of testing within defined timelines.
