I am an experienced YDD (Yield Defect Density) Engineer and currently working as Senior Engineer - Process Engineering in GlobalFoundries Bangalore team since April 2021. I recently visited one of GlobalFoundries advance Fab in Dresden, Germany for training in various CFM processes. I have more than five years of experience of working in Semiconductor domain. I am also having experience of working in India's prominent research labs like SSPL- DRDO and CSIR-CEERI.

- Handling many CFM works for one of GlobalFoundries Fab in Dresden from Bangalore.
- Working in 22nm, 28nm, 40nm and 180nm technodes.
- Having knowledge of all mentioned technodes process flow.
- Layer owner of STI layer and Contact layer, taking care of YDD parameters like defects trends.
- Customer reporting - Preparing different types of customer reports using YDD/CFM data.
- OOC lot disposition - defect analysis, finding root cause, communication with module owners
- PWQ reports – Supporting Lithography team by providing YDD analysis of PWQ lots.
- PCRB Requests – Supporting modules by providing YDD/CFM analysis reports when any tool or process changes, this helps them to take decision.
- GoldenFlow team member – Supporting GoldenFlow team in ECM (Engineering change management system) taking care of only CFM/YDD PDs (Process Definition).

- Thin Film Deposition - After installation of the system, I used to develop recipe for customer and used to demonstrate specific parameters such as deposition rate, thickness uniformity etc
