Maintain a sufficient working knowledge of International Civil Aviation and UK CAA flight procedures (Aerodrome layout and charts information like Runways, Taxiways, Parking bays, SID, STAR, Approaches, PBN, CPDLC, ADS-B, ADS-C, Navaids, Waypoints etc), including ICAO, PANS-OPS.

Flight Management System (FMS) - ARINC 424 Database Management:

Analyze aeronautical publications like NOTAM's, AIP's, AIP supplements and other recognized aeronautical national and international documents that promulgate changes to aeronautical data within the database and execute changes using text editors and database software to the required specification and standard, ensuring that pre-determined deadlines are met

Supervise, support, and provide day-to-day management to the Production team.

Develop and maintain effective production processes.

Continuously evaluate and adopt automated production tools.

Quality:

Ensure quality goals (i.e. Customer tickets and Right First Time) are met in accordance to client requirements

Maintain Local Work Instructions (LWl's) in accordance with Quality Department guidelines

Manage to a successful outcome all queries or issues from Customers and Business Partners/contractors via Freshdesk.

Establish and maintain Key Performance measurements across the team.

Participate in Internal and external audits (EASA, ISO).

Charts+: Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) database

Produce & amend (Compile & Digitally Reproduce using Cartography tools), to the required specification, the associated aerodrome charts ensuring that production requirements meet the pre-determined deadlines

Perform final quality check of aeronautical charts and associated documentation to the required specification before release to airlines in Asia region.

Quality Assurance: Contribute as a master check reader in providing high quality aeronautical charts to the client.

Drive smaller process improvement projects using lean tools or best practice sharing in their processes.

Support Team Leader in developing process maps, helping with data capture, facilitate simulation & improvements.
