- Monitored availability of raw materials such as coal, lime/dolomite, and bentonite to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinated manpower and resolved quality-related issues during shifts in collaboration with mechanical and electrical departments.
- Installed and repaired refractory bricks in furnace and kiln; conducted refractory castable, ramming, and gunning work during shutdown maintenance.
- Assistance in Furnace dry-out and heat-up procedure.
- Mixing and applied refractory material according to furnace requirements.
- Installation of induration burner, Modification of wind box , Modification of seal plate of wind box work.
- Handling of manpower management during shift.
