Raw Material handling, this includes materials like, lime, coke and Iron ore, drying of Iron ore, lime & coke in a 35mtr.lengthy Rotary Kiln Dryer equipped with 4 nos. of Hot Air generators by maintaining HAG temperature, dryer off gas and maintaining iron ore moisture less than 1% for ball-mill.

Green balling of the mixed and blended product in 6 nos. of Pelletization disc includes maintaining ball size by disc rpm and moisture.
Indurations of the green ball in a 116mtr. Length Induration Furnace, equipped with 34 nos. of dual fired burners & subsequent handling of the discharged product includes five process fans by which adequate temperatures and pressure is maintain in six zones by varying fan speed and fan inlets damper and process dampers in furnace.Having the in detail knowledge of the control room operation, with all operating parameters to produce quality pellets.

9.76mtr. Wet Ball mill by maintaining parameters like ball mill feed, feed and discharge make up water, ball mill discharge density Cyclone pressure & flow ,cyclone underflow and over flow bearing temperature, mill power and close monitoring on Blaine number.
Dry Additive grinding in a 3.7
6 mtr . Additive mill by maintaining HAG temperature, bag house outlet temperature, bearing temperature, coal lime proportion ratio and monitoring on Blaine number
Mixing of the iron filter cake in vertical mixer of 630 Tons capacity, this include mixing of bentonite, organic binder, coal lime and dry iron ore in proportion amount, maintaining adequate moisture for balling and furnace.
