The objective of this project was to evaluate the Exhaust Manifold design from Thermo-Mechanical Point of View.
Here, The Thermo - Structural, elastic- plastic analysis was performed to evaluate manifold assembly design in different load steps.
The manifold is mounted on tractor engine and it is working in idle (110 deg C), Continuous Operating (500 deg C) and Maximum operating (670 deg c) conditions.
These 3 load conditions for one complete cycle were applied to evaluate results in terms of Plastic Strain, Stresses and Deformations.
The objective of this project was to execute the Modal and Random Vibration analysis of Chassis.
Here, The Modal analysis and Random Vibration analysis was performed to evaluate Chassis design.
The Modal Analysis was performed to evaluate Natural Frequencies on 12 different nodes.
The Modal Vibration was followed by Random Vibration Analysis in which results were evaluated in terms of Stresses and Directional Deformations in X, Y and Z axis respectively.
