Inventory management :

Accomplishment -

• involves the application of the ABC-Analysis method for maintaining inventory.,
• Different methods such as FIFO and LIFO are used to manage inventory based on the material's properties.
• A proper BIN CARD system is maintained to keep track of inventory.

The 5S system is implemented in the store/warehouse to ensure organized and efficient inventory management.

Accountability-

• Frequent inventory cycle counts are conducted, and discrepancies are resolved through consistent month-end reconciliations.
• Detailed records of the company's assets at the site are kept.
• Efforts are made to manage shrinkage and waste effectively within the inventory.,
• Supervision of inventory management and control processes includes stocking, ordering, re-ordering, and order fulfillment.
• The receiving process involves verifying and inspecting incoming shipments for conformity to purchase orders, as well as notifying and delivering received items to the addressee.,Materials, supplies, tools, and equipment are unpacked, verified against purchase orders, and stored in designated locations.
• Documentation such as Goods Receipt Note (GRN) is generated to record the receipt of goods.
• The material issuance process includes creating NRGP/RGP/Reservations against issued goods and obtaining approval from the relevant HOD, as well as generating STO & Sales Order after approval.,Ensuring 100% accuracy in the physical quantity of issued goods before dispatch or handover is a crucial part of the process.
• Planning of raw materials/packaging materials is done based on received forecasts from sales.
• Regular analysis of non-moving/slow-moving items is conducted on a monthly basis, and the report is shared with relevant personnel for timely consumption.
• Periodic sharing of stock aging reports is done to prevent expiry of inventory.
• Adherence to 100% standard operating procedures (SOP) is ensured in warehouses.
• Assuring the Defective/ Rejected (Not working) Materials will return to supplier
• Verification of supplier invoice Include GST and Packing/Fright Charges against the PO.

Other Duties :

Accomplishment :

• One of the duties is to regularly identify and resolve urgent issues.
• Material is dispatched to locations from internal or external transport, and regular follow-up is maintained until delivery to the concerned person with the right quantity and quality.
• The construction of store/warehouse operations systems is undertaken to ensure safe product handling and storage requirements are met.

Accountability-

• Responsibility involves performing Migo in SAP for Service Material after verifying the job work.
• E-Way bills are generated for dispatched material.
• Verification of transporter/courier agency bills against dispatch goods is carried out and submitted in the account.
