Roles and responsibilities

• Involved in SIT-requirement analysis,designing test cases ,test execution and defect reporting
• Testing ISG system which includes enrollment & billing for individuals and small groups
• Testing WGS membership which focuses on enrollment of members through group tape(mainframe) and web interface.

Client - IngenioRx Anthem(PBM)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test cases and tracking defects using Jira
• Handling triage calls
• Took ownership of UAT and client walkthrough in PBM claims.
• Received client appreciations for handling critical medicaid and clinical deliverables individually .

Client - ESHC AVM ISMO

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling NCL (New Client Load)
• Loading historical data Into ESI database from various PBMs for new clients and extracting files for business terminated from ESI.
• Working in custom development requests that creates a reformat program for deploying tho new layout in our system .
