Responsible to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and closing hiring needs in key business areas like Operations
Finance and Support Functions
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
Sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation of applicants on other sourcing job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn and shine Monster
Expertise in using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing platforms
Skilled in Boolean searches and advanced sourcing methods
Conduct sourcing of passive candidates and responsible for targeted sourcing and assessing talent, based on past successes and future business objectives
Establish and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across functions to assess their job openings and work with them to find the right talent
Effectively leverage technology to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed service level agreements
Provide weekly and bi-weekly updates to the recruiting team and leadership to effectively communicate real time progress and reevaluate workflow
Responsible for research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions
Adept in Compensation/Salary negotiation and locking up candidates within the clients budget
Post-offer follow-up with the candidates to avoid any hassle during the on boarding process
Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams like BGV, on-boarding, IT support and the admin teams for seamless on boarding
Monitor, guide and do knowledge transfer to all new additions to the team
