Project Name 1: Non-Payment of Premium Debtor

Environment: Uipath, PDF, MS Word, Excel, Mainframe and Web Automation

Description: Bot needs to access input debtor file from desired location and filter the Data based on the conditions provided by client. Then Bot start processing transactions from the queue. If 'outstanding step name' Column value is 0 or 99 then bot should send exception message to business, Else bot will check Outstanding amount which is pending from customer. If Customer failed to pay premium due amount then need to Calculate Action date from Orbit Mainframe application. If the Date is not satisfying business rules then bot should Edit pre-build Letter Template and convert to Password protected PDF File. Then send notification letter to the customer thru Orbit Web Portal.

• Strong experience in UI Path to automate Web/Desktop Applications, Excel Integration, PDF Integration, Image
  Recognition/OCR, Service Now API, Email Automation technologies and Document Understanding.
• Experienced in using UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, Screen, Data and Web scraping techniques.
• Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating, modifying and enhancing Workflows for the business process model in UI Path.
• Have created Release notes, SDD and upload Code to GitHub.
• Also have good experience in SQL Database and VBA Macro Integration with Uipath.

Project Name: Site Activation & Forecasting in Study

Optimizer

Environment: UiPath, Web Applications, Outlook mail, Reframe work, SQL DB

Description: Bot should fetch input Debatable from SQL Database and Filter first column with non-Empty values. The Bot should calculate date using input records and Update in Bot Calculated Date Column. Then Bot should access Study Optimizer portal to activate sites by country name. Each country have multiple site activation records, but Bot should Select 'BOT-TO-UPDATE' Record for activation. Bot should compare 'Bot Calculated Date' with 'First site init Date' from Portal. If Bot Calculated date is greater then site activation date then the Country Sites should be activated by assigning slots with start and end date of the same month. In other case bot will send Exception mail to Business.

• IT experience in Supporting RPA Production Processes with BOTs using Blue Prism (6.10v) and have build 2 Bots in blueprism.
• Have completed ADO1 certification in Blue Prism.
• Experience in working with Objects, Control Room, Process, Web automation, Desktop Automation and working with selectors.
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• After 6 months, I have extended my knowledge on Uipath and have build 8 bots using Uipath tool.
• Supported in production and deploying bots to Orchestrator.

Project Name 1: Customers Profile Screening

Environment: PDF, Uipath, Desktop Application, Outlook

Description: This process is about updating customers information from PDF into DataTrack Application. Bot needs to access folder to extract PDF files and Update customer information in DataTrack Application. Have developed bot using sequence with PDF automation and created SDD for this project.

Project Name 2: Clearing Visa Rejects

Environment: Uipath, Outlook, Excel

Description: If the transaction is not eligible for chargeback, visa will reject the request and all the rejected transactions will be in Visa reject queue. Bot needs to open each transaction and check for chargeback eligibility. If it is eligible then bot will assign the transaction to agent and if not bot will clear the transaction from the queue.

• Evaluated customer data to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Raising chargeback against merchant for fraudulent transaction made on customers account.
• Investigate all the criteria as per visa rule and initializing refund for suspicious transaction done by unknown on customer's account.
• Executed and maintained quality control processes to meet criteria and standards and increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring result of the previously processed transactions to find the next level of investigation (Pre-Arbitration).
• Strictly follow visa guideline for raising chargeback and bring the fraudulent money back to the bank account.
