Warehouse Department

• Knowledge of SAP Package, ERP Package.
• Receipts of Raw as well as Packing Materials as per cGMP & Preparation of GRN.
• Checking of monthly Retest of Raw material & Packing Material and preparing GRNs
• Checking of monthly Expiry of the Raw material.
• Responsible for handling of Rejected Raw & Packing materials as per the Sop.
• Dispensing of Raw as well as Packing Materials as per FEFO & FIFO system according to cGMP.
• Proper Dispensing Planning of Raw & Packing material as per Schedule Daily and monthly and Indenting Shortfall of RM/PM.
• Manage to make availability of RM/PM to production in release condition well in advance
• Design of Storage & Handling System, Upkeep Identification, Reconciliation, and Binning of materials systematically as per storage condition & Inventory control of RM/PM & Bonded store Room.
• Handling Dispatches of finished goods (local and export)
• Preparing of Excise Invoices, Dispatch related documents.
• Preparation of Temperature Distribution Study of Critical and Non Critical Area of Raw Material Store and Packing Material Store and Cold storage Chamber as per schedule.
• Preparation Qualification (In process Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification) of newly installed Equipment and Areas.
• Intimating to Operation & Export department about the Dispatch advise of both Local & Export Product
• Intimating Quality Control department about the Releasing of RM, PM and Finished Goods Product
• Preparation of Impact assessment of Cold storage Chamber.
• Maintaining inventory software (SAP/ERP) .
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, security & Monitoring Temperature of the warehouse.
