• Working as a manager in a team of 11 to 14 people. Work extensively included the review and reporting of work done by the team, resolving team issues and conflicts, and investor presentations and discussions.

CFO Services

• Currently, I am working as an acting VCFO for three entities.
• In the F&B and entertainment space, I handled CFO services and helped the client pitch the business to potential investors. Set up an in-house finance team at the client site and eventually led them toward higher EBITDA (15% vs. 9% PY). Implemented SOPs, new ERPs, and third-party integrations for better flow of work.
• In the Fintech space, I led as a SPOC for all investors of the client. Assisted the client in GTM, and handled customer presentations, along with the founders.

• Implemented MSO across the office.
• Set up teams, groups, and streamlined work to enhance productivity by conducting multiple training sessions.
• Single handedly built Timesheets, Expense tracker and Issue Tracker on Webpage access and mobile app

• Headed the strategic vertical of the entity globally, including deciding on pricing, new initiative analysis, cost management, and profit forecasting. Developed and executed a detailed business turnaround plan by creating sales investments, productivity choices, and delivering 6% savings on product cost. Delivered the highest ever profit (2.1X vs PY ), backed by highly realistic sales and profit forecasts (98% forecast accuracy).
• Developed accurate entity-level forecasting systems by leveraging entity-level forecasting and existing accounting infrastructure, enabling better and faster decision-making.
• Worked closely with the CXO team and acted as a bridge between the CXO and finance teams.
• Streamlined the timesheet-keeping process of the entity and achieved multifold efficiency over the existing SOP. Achieved a 89% (from 55%) within one fiscal year
• Single-handedly streamlined the AR and collection process, achieving $4 million in collections monthly, from a low of $1.2 million.
• Acted as a SPOC for all areas of finance for external vendors and customers
• Assessed, tested and implemented new HRMS and timesheet systems across global network in less than 3months
• Handled end-to-end reporting packs to be delivered to management.
• Helped in integration of an acquired entity with the current company and handled cash flow and forecast of the global entity across all geographies for the merged entity.
• Improved the cash flow of the entity by constantly monitoring receivables and setting pointers into the PM's KRAs.
