Description : Design & Development of Premium add-ons for OEMs as well as PLM Data Management

Project: Localization & VAVE Project

Description : Costing & VAVE for an existing vehicle from abroad to introduce in India

• The costing for a full vehicle which was to be introduced in India (which is already available in other countries) was calculated.
• Costing was done, new suppliers were procured and Value Addition was done to reduce manufacturing cost.
• Optimized existing designs, reducing production costs and enhancing overall performance.
