  • Record delays for all delays on IndiGo Network in timely order with fleet of almost 300 aircraft and on an average 2000 flights on daily basis.
  • Planning and monitoring entire network flight movement; coordinating and performing real-time analyses on information provided by en-route stations about Commercial, Transit, Special Load Requirements, etc.
  • Coordinate flight movements with all Stations to ensure smooth flight over the network.
  • Monitoring progressive delays closely to provide accurate and timely information to OCC Controller whenever Commercial considerations exist, to mitigate potential problems and flight delays.
  • Works with stations to help find solutions when irregular operations cause disruptions to operations and customers.
  • Analyses all Commercial delays over the network daily, and coordinates the resolution of systemic problems with the appropriate Airport Services staff.
  • Ensures that the Call Centre is updated regularly on events that may impact operations (primary contact). Coordinates the rerouting of customers, during delays, cancellations, etc., with the Call Centre, and assigns queues as necessary to contact customers.
  • Inputs all flight times and estimates from Navitaire into AIMS so that the Call Centre and Stations have accurate information to plan and inform our customers. This is critical during irregular operations when the impact of cascading delays can be minimized by frequent, timely, and accurate updates to both databases.
