  • Full recruitment life cycle of IT positions. Working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter leading a team of 2 sourcers performing end-to-end full-cycle technical recruitment in a cross-functional, ad hoc, and Agile environment. Partnering with 20+ hiring managers, working 5-8 requirements at a time.   • Coordinated interviews and Nurtured candidates: Involved in conducting interviews to hire candidates for different clients. Coordinated with the client side on-site coordinators and the candidates to steamline the whole hiring process. Nurtured candidates throughout the process by prepping them up for interviews.
  • Sourcing expertise: Reverse searched candidates by adopting different ways like Boolean search, X-ray etc. to create pipeline of candidates. Utilized internal databases, employee referrals and external job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and Career Builder. Sourced and worked with different levels of Cleared resources (Public Trust, Secret Top Secret, and SCI Poly) from various jobs boards like clearnacejobs.
  • Candidate profile Pipelines. Expertise in creating and maintaining pipelines of active and passive candidates in different roles for current and future requirements.
  • Prescreen Candidates: Responsible for conducting initial interviews and Online assessment tests through InterviewMocha to evaluate the candidate’s eligibility for the position, which is then used to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. Screened candidates not only on the basis of technical skillsets but also deliverability. Set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring managers.
  • Background Checks and Drug test: After interviews have taken place and the hiring manager expresses an interest to hire the candidate, coordinated for the reference and dual background checks and Drug Test. Also responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate
