• 2021 achievement was 113%, 2022 achievement was 108% with 42% Growth, in 2023 achievement was 100% with 50.8% growth and in 2024 achievement was 101% with 48% growth.

• Taken more than 100 nursing educational program, Jr Doctor training program & Educational program with Pharmacist and cast technician on regular basis.

• Developed major hospitals like, Denananth hospital, Sancheti, Navale, Sasoon Poona, KEM, Inamdar, Nobal, Manipal, Jupiter hospital Ruby, Jehangir & Inlaks Hospital.
• I have doubled my business in 2 years e.g DMH sale in 2021 was 75k/month and currently it is 2.5 L/month, Sancheti sale in Jan 2022 is zero now it’s in March 2025 sale was 4.5 L/month, Jupiter sale in 2021 60k/month now 3.5 L/month.
• Managed Pune territory in absence of SBM for 6 months in 2018.
• Have supported my new colleagues extensively, acting as a mentor ( Best buddies ) and guide to help them grow in various areas such as product knowledge, reporting, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) management
• My recent colleagues included Miss Riya, Mrs Gayatri, and Mr Sujit, whom I helped develop in their respective roles.
