Roles and Responsibilities:

• Established UX design as the first stage of all Web and mobile application developments, instituting a user-centered design (UCD) approach.
• User Interface & Experience designer for Healthcare , Pharmaceuticals, Banking, Insurance and Automobiles.
• Preparing design solutions from paper sketches to high fidelity working prototype.
• Organized, tailored, and moderated local and virtual user testing sessions based on personas and use cases.
• Designed mock-ups for potential and existing clients to show how our applications would look if integrated into their systems with high-level clickable prototypes when needed.
• Work closely with POs, BAs and Engineers from conception to early implementations, establishing timelines and consensus from all parties around product flow, technology limitations, and goals for research.
• Developed user personas and scenarios to enhance functionality and usability for key audiences.
• Designed adaptive layouts to maintain a consistent user experience across the product.
• Heuristic review of wireframes using i-UserX and UX Maturity Level Assessment TCS i-UserX is a TCS in-house assets repository consisting of guidelines, best practices, templates related to User experience design and Usability Testing.

• Created and documented patterns for layouts and navigation systems.

Youflik is an Indian Based social networking apps, as I worked with project teams to create user-friendly and appealing application interfaces and websites for users. Met with project manager, business analyst and architect right from the beginning of the project, creating rough mock-ups that were refined and extended over many iterations. Collaborated with Product Development group to design and implement highly interactive, data-intensive web applications for legal professionals:

• Created UI concept based on ideation and high-level requirements, wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes, conducted end-user research.
• Established UX design as the first stage of all Web and mobile application developments, instituting a user-centered design (UCD) approach.
• Created and documented patterns for layouts and navigation systems.
• Managed the design process and communication among the internal development team, CEO, and Product manager.
• Created assets for web site applications, designed printed marketing materials.
