Dipayan is a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience as a Product Counsel at Accenture South-East Asia & Accenture Strategy & Consulting where he has handled negotiations on complex high-volume Technology Resale & Cross Border Agency Transaction deals alongside handling inbound and outbound licensing related due-diligence for third-party On-prem & SaaS products as well as various in-house developed technology assets.

Dipayan has also co-led the Post-Merger integration team at the Software Licensing arm of Accenture and has further been part of the Legal & Policy Advisory Committee driving the formation of Accenture's SaaS Legal Cyberdefence team, in addition to participating as an Intrapreneur in the creation of Legal-tech products/assets.

Prior to joining Accenture, Dipayan has also gained experience in the fields of White Collar crime (Prosecution & Defense), Public & Private International Law and Capital Markets.
