• OMS Upgrade Project (Nov22-Nov23) - We were updating our client from Sterling version 9.4 to IBM OMOC version 10 as part of this project. My primary responsibilities for this project included design, development, unit testing, enabling new environments, connecting new platforms, and supporting production. Some major components developed: OnDemand Restoration, Closed Order Migration, Inflight Order Migration, and Dual System Demand Sync.
• OMS Outlet Project (Dec23-Feb24) - As part of this effort, we were giving customers a new way to purchase returned goods at a significant discount. I helped with the design, programming, pipeline enablement, and various other tasks to prepare this project for production experimentation.
• OMS OrderService Implementation (Mar24) - There were several stages to this implementation. 1. Transfer of a 160 million order from Sterling 94 to IBM OMOC DTK 2. To archive the orders in DTK and then sync the orders with Order Service. 3. Orders from Order Service to SaaS Prod are restored anytime amendments are requested for those orders. I have a major role in the project's conception, design, and execution.

Order Management System:

• Developed and unit tested Project modules from Scratch
• Documented the requirements for each module
• Build customizations to meet client requirements
• Modules worked on: Purchase Order Life Cycle, Inventory Management, Shipment Processing, Order Look Up services and Order Modification Services

Data Science:

• Developed and deployed a model on cloud

• Python, FastAPI, Heroku and Classical Machine Learning

• Worked on a research project to develop a model which would be able to scrape any website.
• Collaborated with internal stakeholders, identifying, gathering analytical requirements for customer, product and project's needs.

• Worked as a customer support technician for customers all over India and moved to a specialty team within the span of a week.
