· Managing multiple teams of IoT platform, Continental, Siemops

· Siemops – Turbine maintenance management inhouse application needed to migrate to cloud

· Continental – Telemetry logger application was retrieving data from MongoDB, where it was storing data extracted from files. Due to performance one solution was created to read binary files and show JSON data on web pages.

· IoT foundation team composed of Edge solution, Connectivity, Security and E2E service management

· IoT Intelligence team created applications using solutions presented by foundation team, Smart building, Digital Asset Twin, Digital Process Twin, Connected Cars and Telecom Tower management

· Maintain Resource Skill Database and work with Delivery Managers to identify skill gaps (if any)

· Collaborate with Delivery Managers for resource fitment to ensure quality delivery

· Ensure regular reporting and visibility within higher management (project Status, issues, resource utilization)

· Manage delivery escalations and mobilize the relevant internal stakeholders

· Generate and maintain risk register

• Successfully led and executed a team in rolling out brand name change from Mobistar to Orange Belgium
• Led Billing support team for issues and cases

• Conduct and present weekly status and overall health of Billing system to management
