• Knowledge of handling Electrical plant area as well as HVAC system.

• Ensure all rooms are cared and inspected according to standard.
• Investigating, addressing and handling regarding MEP services.
• Regularly taking inventory of Engineering supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacement as required.
