BCP - Business Continuity Planning

• Participates in and manages business continuity planning projects and activities.
• Assist and coordinate every BCP communication.
• Responsible for establishing and overseeing annual testing of BCP strategies and plans including documenting reporting and tracking test results.
• Assistance in the development and delivery of training to users
• Handling BIA (Business Impact Analysis) independently
• Supporting in RTA (Risk Threat Analysis) for the organization.
• Creatively implemented BCP DR Drills on various BCP strategies.
• Assist in the administration of Emergency Response Plans.

ISS -Information System Security

• Liaising with IT Team for regular IT Controls to be done on time and in a proper manner
• Provide solutions for managing Identities and access
• Support IT projects to supervise risks.
• Responsible for providing Information Security rules and awareness training to all the new joiners.
• Implementation of Awareness strategies for the organization with creative ideas
• Preparation of Presentations for the training and awareness sessions
• Run some monitoring controls and spot checks with respect to operational risk management and fraud prevention.
• Contribute to the Management of a security incident and cyber crisis.

Project management

• Managing the production of the required deliverables
• Planning and monitoring the project in CASPL
• Assisting the project manager in all the coordination required
• Lead some of the tasks while managing the projects.
• Skilled with analytical skills and proper closure of all the tasks with regulated audit trails.

Reporting Under Credit Risk Management

• Engaged in reporting work to RBI and Internal departments
• Independently handles formulations of reports and other activities
• Referring to reports from various systems such as SMILE-MIS, STORQM, etc.
• Assisting in preparation of daily large exposure framework, overdue report etc.
• Manage to compare the monthly trail balance with outstanding report
• Assisting in the preparation of SMR VI Ab and another regulatory report which has to be submitted to RBI
• Auditing and examining day-to-day records of submission of reports
• Systematically runs a core audit on the tracker of regulatory reporting which has to be submitted to RBI every month
