I was looking after overall aspects of infrastructure operations related to Data Center including Electrical Setup (HT/LT panels, Switchyards, Dry and Oil Transformers , Generators , UPS , Battery Banks , PDU , Fire Fighting setup (FAS , VESDA , NOVEC) Mechanical Setup ( Chillers, CRAH, AHU,Pumps , Cooling Towers ) and related BMS systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of power consumption reports i.e monthly reports.
• Prepare site audit documentation on quaterly basis .
• Skilled at analyzing and interpreting information
• Conduct weekly meetings with Colo engineering team members to review progress on projects and identify areas needing improvement
• Prepare documentation on monthly basis for our PM also ensure to complete all the PM within SLA.
• Performed regular inspections of facilities and equipment used in the engineering process to ensure safe working conditions
• Update reports(PM tracker , highlights lowlights,power comsumption on weekly basis
• Investigation on root causes for operation issues and developed appropriate corrective actions
• Maintenance of HT/LT electrical system,DG,fire Alarm system,VESDA,BMS control etc.
• Maintenance Adhered to timelines to meet quality assurance targets
• Safety and HouseKeeping at workplace looked after DG , Air Conditioning Systems , PDU , Transformers , HVAC.
• Use to take care of finance related actions.
• Maintain the records of EOSL , FSB , critical spares ,unplanned incident tracker.
• Check ATS , breaker healthiness on regular basis.
• Review FAT reports
• Review action items from different sites and prepare deck on monthly basis
• Maintain PUE in every POD
• Review thermography reports and plan the activity as per report
• vendor management of PM activities

PROJECT HANDLE:

• Valuable contribution to successful completion PM of oil filtration , transformer testing on 70 MVA transformer without disturbing the downstream power.
• Valuable contribution to successfully completion of DG alternation testing on our 22 no of DGs.
• Successfully completion of rack infill project.
• Successfully completion of providing external source to USB control power.
• Disable the cross feeds of the primary and catcher at USB panels.
