• Built Intelligent Content Processor (ICP) using Python, converted manual indexing of claims to auto indexing after OCR, saved 190 $ per month (approx. 1470 claims and 49 hours) efforts by agents.
• Worked on migration of On Prem to AWS cloud including db migration. Ex: Used ECS (created docker images) for container orchestration, S3 for storage, CI/CD Pipelines, repositories and VPC Peering for connecting two regions.
• Saved dev team efforts by 50% through usage of GenAI, ChatGPT and Remain AI for all sprint deliverables.

Ex: Identify prospective vendors who will buy insurance, claim processing vs skill set of the agents, reduction of dimensions whichever won't influence prospective vendor use case, time series for showing trends of claim submission and sentiment analysis of feedback data. Increased operations efficiency by 40%.
• Used CRM tool - Sales Force for maintaining good relation with customers, built trust with customers by engaging them in organization initiatives and making them part of key stakeholders and used Customer 360 to make sure on customer satisfaction.
• In this organization, handled 80 cross skilled global team members for 3 projects and 40 cross skilled team members for 2 projects.

• Delivered 5 analytical projects end to end, played different roles of scrum master, BI architect for project management (used RTC, MS Project) and solutioning.
• Built 10-12 ETL (IBM DataStage) jobs with different transformations, 5 dashboards using IBM Wastson Analytics and TM1 cubes, 4 projects text analysis using Watson Content Analytics, 1 Hadoop Framework using Pig, Hive languages.

• Installed and configured Cognos8 CRN server, also installed Frame work manager. Created models, packages in Frame work manager by making the relationships between tables.
• Published the packages to Cognos connection for report development. Also worked on development of 20 reports using report studio.
