  • Part of AWS Q Business org, where helping in redesigning and building connectors to help customers leverage their own company's content, data, and systems, making it easier to get fast, relevant answers to questions, solve problems, and generate content.
  • Designed and developed platforms like the campaign management platform, which aims to serve as a single-stop solution within Amazon Music through which our internal customers (like the product or marketing team) can create captivating customer experiences that will make it easier for Amazon Music fans, labels, and artists to connect.
  • Another platform was AI-based, whose aim was to be the preferred platform for securely experimenting and hosting LLM applications and enabling maximum reuse of proven LLM applications across Amazon.
  • As part of the Compliance Organization, which does seller verification during their onboarding with Amazon products like SOA, Apay, MTurk, designed and developed the compliance component of the seller verification system, which was a verification logic layer for executing compliance contracts containing standard compliance policies like DPL, PEP, etc. based on various Amazon Compliance Authorities like APE/API for seller verification.
  • As a part of the Amazon Music org designed and developed features for Amazon Music India and Japan customers to create a more immersive music discovery experience on music landing pages, which serve as a preview for what we offer on our music service. The idea was more acquisition, increasing overall engagement and retention on the service.
