Conduct vessel audits, inspections, and crew training in alignment with the Cairn Marine Operations Manual, IMCA, and OVID guidelines, to ensure continuous operational readiness.
Monitor and analyze daily and monthly marine contract reports, verifying compliance with contractual terms and performance indicators, while identifying areas for operational improvement. Lead investigations into marine incidents, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures are effectively implemented. Coordinate with ODAG, DG Shipping, and third-party vendors to ensure timely renewals of certifications, statutory approvals, and regulatory submissions.
