It includes addressing MPLS/Internet link issues for Bharti Airtel's enterprise customers to prevent service outages, managing network incidents and problems, and ensuring operational KPIs/SLAs are met. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential for restoring services and maintaining service levels.
