• Developed a time series demand forecasting model for JMD's electronics vertical, resulting in a X% improvement in inventory accuracy, leading to reduced stockouts and improved customer satisfaction.
• Developed a high-accuracy (80%) text-to-SQL conversion model using leading-edge Large Language Model (LLM) techniques. This model was integrated into the JMDs on-premise AI report generator, empowering leadership with a user-friendly tool to generate reports through natural language queries.
• Leveraged data analysis to create multiple reports that streamlined inventory planning for online orders. These reports facilitated a reduction in order fulfillment turnaround time (TAT) by identifying bottlenecks between order confirmation and delivery, leading to improved customer satisfaction.

• Developed and implemented 4 reusable data marts and 10+ dashboards across above mentioned business functions, enabling self-serve BI through tableau published data sources to different business function within Reliance's PBG division, including SCM, Sales, Sourcing, and CRM teams through in-depth analysis of the top electronics brands in India, owned by Reliance.
• Developed a fully automated schemes report that helped marketing team understand and analyze the success of the promotions they run within PBG
• Performed multiple analysis and created multiple tableau based reports as part of Real Time Inventory project that successfully managed to reduce the Availability To Promise(ATP) from 11% to 0.25%

• Developed a truly automated executive expense report end to end that helped CTO and L1 leaders monitor and evaluate the budget, forecast and expenses related to TPX organization, which later scaled to multiple other BUs including GCO, corporate finance and global sales.
• Streamlined and optimized data pipeline of dashboard that tracks the performance of channel partners and merchants and helps sales team increase the engagement and, mitigate declines and churns. Data democratization and self-serve BI capabilities using Looker, which also reduced the post development dependency by >90%
