• Create Product Design documentation for WTK, Accruals, Interfaces, Reports, Workflows

· Coordinating with the team to complete the modules

· Making sure of proper testing cycles before releasing the product to customer

• Timely delivery of Product to customer with bare minimum errors
• Support UAT and conducting training sessions to HRs, Managers and Employees to familiarize with the Application
• To make sure Go live of the project on the target date
• Providing postproduction support to customer after Go live.

• Work on different modules like WTK, Accruals, Interfaces and Reports
• Working on Kronos version Upgrade from 6.2 to 7.

• Work on different modules like WTK, Accruals, Interfaces and Reports
• Roll out WTK and Accrual to various countries.

• Following ITIL process for Incident, Request, Bug and change management
• Estimating Change requests and delivering the requirement with bare minimum errors
• Tracking the tickets and making sure to meet the SLA.
• Providing Payroll support to Customers
• Managing the Team
• Training the resources in different modules – Kronos modules, communication, and Personality
• Roaster management
• Providing timely reports to customers with visibility to the tickets, major concerns, and service improvements.
