Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading a QA team of 7 members, overseeing end-to-end testing activities including planning, task allocation, test execution, and defect management. Ensured timely delivery of high-quality releases by coordinating closely with cross-functional teams, reviewing test coverage, and driving continuous process improvements.
• Provided mentorship, conducted regular sync-ups, monitored progress, and ensured adherence to QA best practices, resulting in efficient execution and improved team productivity.

Travel Management System (TMS) – Client Upgrade & Optimization Description Responsibilities

The Travel Management System (TMS) is part of IBN’s Travel ERP solution and is tightly integrated with:

• HMS (Hotel Management System)
• RMS (Resort Management System)
• BRE (Business Rule Engine)

The HMS module was implemented for the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department. It is built using WinForms and integrated with an online booking portal developed in .NET, with MS SQL 2008 as the backend database.

This project involved upgrading, optimizing, and validating the functionality across systems to ensure seamless booking, hotel management, and operational workflows.

• Performed Smoke, Functional, Regression, and GUI testing.
• Reviewed requirements and scenarios; created detailed test cases.
• Designed and executed test cases to validate application functionality.
