throughout the life of an assignment/permanent relocation including preassignment briefings, preparing the assignment/permanent relocation letter,authorizing, and initiating global mobility payments, and regular follow-up with the

relocating associate.

  • Review and validate monthly, quarterly, annual compensation used to prepare

assignees’ income tax returns to mitigate risk of under reporting to avoid

significant penalties and to ensure post tax year adjustments.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for employees on all

immigration and relocation questions, requests, and issues.
