- Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target.
- Factory audit to be conducted to ensure the OB and Layout are folowed in line.
- Monitoring and Auditing Jr.IE activities.
- Factory Production Incentive report monitoring and approval.
- Continous productivity improvement projects from cut to pack.
- Provides accurate garment analysis & SMV calculation for costing, planning & production.
- Conducting method study & work measurement techniques and line balancing to overcome bottlenecks of production section.
- Motivate the workers to improve individual & group efficiencies. Feedback timely accurate information to the management such as efficiency, loss time.
- Maintain skill inventory & skill requirements.
- Plan machinery requirement of the factory fully utilize the attachments, folders, & work aid.
