With a team of seven distributors under my guidance, we handle the markets assigned under the Ashoknagar market line by managing three projects given by the company for a certain period to reach out to retailers.

• Project 1: Analyze the different outlets of Doshokorma Bhandar and hardware stores, and conduct a brief study and survey of the availability of Nimyle and Mangaldeep products in all the markets.
• Project 2: Introducing the Unnati app to all retailers by sharing information and process handling to provide easy accessibility for ordering products quickly and efficiently by working at the assigned locations with seven distributors to gain a target of 440 downloads: Bira, Guma route 1 and 2, Duttapukur route 1, 2, and 3, Ashoknagar route GR1 and GR2, Kachua route 1 and 2, and Golbazar.
• Project 3: Visiting each of the outlets at different locations daily with one of the distributors assigned by the company, and using the Vajra app to look out for those outlets that require billing, while achieving the SKU target assigned by our company: Yellow Winner SKU, Light Pink SKU, and Orange SKU (newly launching products).

• Blog writer under MyStartupYatra and The Early Birds Club, posting blogs under MyStartupYatra and The Early Birds Club for six weeks, and one small blog on the weekend day, if required. Checking new trends and ideas for writing blogs based on innovations, startup businesses, the global scenario, etc., and handling the blog posting. The medium was used by the company for posting blogs since it allows us to look for trendy articles or blogs based on the different topics of certain preferences, such as online business, AI innovation, modern business scenarios, smart technologies, etc.
• Mentors approach through the Facebook platform. The purpose of this project was to look for mentors to create an interactive session for the candidates with famous business leaders, consultants, entrepreneurs, etc., to build perfect engagement between the mentors and the employees. The program allows face-to-face communication with the following mentors, who give suggestions and tactics for the new joiners and existing employees to learn more about their business journey.
