• Boeing Company has around 40+ warehouses across the globe like United states, Germany, United Knigdom, Australia, Singapore, China
• HCL as a vendor provides L2 and L3 support to all the warehouses development and application maintenance services to the Client’s IT application

Responsibilities :

• Provided support and also a key member in Developing the Automation testing that performs the end to end Regression testing of Boeing Manhattan WMOS application
• Involve in L3 application enhancements and providing the continuous support to QA teams in testing the enhancements with error free
• Proposed new configurations of WMOS functionality to client for process improvement and Efficiency.
• Providing the L2 and L3 support whenever required
• Provided support for the implementation of new systems or changes to existing by following test plans and reporting results.
• Performing Application Production Support for Supply Chain processes which include promotional as well as non- promotional flow.
• Working on business KPIs to improve Supply Chain Order management.
• Deployment of frequent code upgrades and DB changes with automation of process.
• UAT for Manhattan code changes and fixes.

Client : ALDI

• Aldi is the common brand of two German family-owned discount supermarket chains with over 10,000 stores in 20 countries

Responsibilities :

• Providing the Production support to the ALDI warehouses and involving in Go-Live implementations
• Involved in design and architecture of new changes in Manhattan Wmos
• Gained experience in new configurations of Wmos functionality as per the client requirements
• Work on the new customizations and gather the requirements from client and deliver the solution end to end
• Involved in End to End testing activities and deployment of customized solutions to client

Clients : Walmart Nike, LL BEAN, NDCP, Saputo, UNFI, Do-Terra, HEBT, Adidas, SHOE, Do- Terra, Crocs )

• The product Manhattan WMOS provides end to end solution to vendors where supply chain management is a crucial part
• Primary modules of WMOS are receiving and returns, Inventory management, Task management, order fulfillment, Inbound and Outbound, Integration framework

Responsibilities :

• Provide production support for Manhattan WMOS, both Classic and SCPP (Supply Chain Process Platform) versions
• Work on the new customizations and gather the requirements from client and deliver the solution end to end
• Customer Interaction for system study, requirements gathering ana analysis
• Manage smooth implementation, testing and deployment of customized solutions for customers benefit
• Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled milestones, extending post implementation and maintenance support to the client
• Replicating the issues in the Manhattan Lower environments and finding the root cause and providing the optimum solution
• Provide testing the Orders end to end process in lower environments
• Performing the unit testing, Regression testing and Performance testing for warehouse functionalities

Responsibilities :

• Co-ordination with all relevant infrastructure teams and other partners for housekeeping, system health check and interface related issues
• Production Support Activities 24/7 and quick resolution with quality delivery
• Cloning several environments for other testing related activities
• Working with the business and provide robust solutions and taking the ownership of the application
• Experienced in SDLC and STLC using Waterfall & Agile

NTT DATA service support: Client is the licensor of full-service retail drugstore chain with over 1200 stores operating in five regions Canada-wide under five distribution centers (DCs) to supply its stores

To operate these Distribution Centers, client adopted warehouse management software (WMS System), which is a part of Supply chain management through which they interact with other domain like finance, marketing, pharmacy and other sub-domains

Responsibilities :

• Test the application using the Unit and Integration test cases, and document the test results
• Fix any defects that may arise during the testing
• Warehouse Management specialist, Manhattan WMOS
• Analyze Manhattan WMS system related issues and provide necessary input to the business users and support the fixes
• Involved in reviews and conducting major incident meeting, responsible for communicating the status and progress of the project to the management and validating the issues raised by users
• Conducting Knowledge Transfer of application functionality and testing activities to the new hires
• Completion of problem management and complete root cause Analysis and deliver permanent fixes
• Closely work with the business and provide robust solutions and workarounds to ensure there is no description in warehouse management activities
