Clinical Audit on Increasing number of cessariaection on recent medical practice, I have been doing a clinical audit on "Increasing number of cessarian section on recent medical practice". It is a retrospective study, where the datas are analysed, collected and categorize based on total number of deliveries for the past years. Datas are collected and detailed studies about the indication for cessarian has been analyzing to improve patient care and to minimize the number of C section performed.
