With demand and need of more medical facilities, I expanded first venture upgraded 9 fold and created second venture Dr Suganya’s Ayurveda 9.O, which embraces Wholesome health and wellbeing till date growing and flourishing successfully with average of 30 patients per day to service on Wellness through Ayurveda

Enterprising coaching center of health sciences, yoga studio, posted as Ayurveda professor on weekly basis, was very satisfying and mind filling job in teaching Ayurveda and attending to emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Managed over 2000 + global students which hiked the sales to 15% more

Complete Ayurvedic Outpatient clinic - with all of above exposure, experience, knowledge, research and study, I opened up first venture as small clinic with pharmacy and managed over 25 - 30 patients per day which increased the sales by 25%

Holistic healthcare Centre formed by collaboration of Hindustan Unilever & AVP Coimbatore – Wellness through Ayurveda , psychological counseling and rehabilitation - appointed as Chief Medical Officer – Complete authority of Centre holding responsibility of In and Out patient Care, Wellness through Ayurveda , Naturopathy, Yoga, Pranayama, great area to gain more experience in management of administration activities and of human resource, medical practice and counseling and psycho therapies contributing Emotional & Mental wellbeing

A healthcare unit of Medimix – with Ayurveda & Naturopathy along with Yoga & pranayama as mainstay - appointed as Medical officer and promoted as Senior Medical Officer was the area of greater exposure to Administration skills & Documentation Execution, wherein my work satisfied to be appointed as the Internal auditor of the ISO Certification. Followed by that, both outpatient and inpatient facilitator where the responsibility of handling the IP complete care gave exposure and and research in nature food paving way for Nature Food Court named Kadaleevanam with amazing and mouthwatering wholesome recipes and food combos .

A center of deaddiction and rehabilitation – For alcoholics & drug users – attended as Consultant psychologist cum Counselor for 6 months on weekly basis which promoted a sense of bringing in healthy reversal and withdrawal of the same equipped through mostly counseling and if needed medicines approach through Ayurveda

Mother & Child healthcare - Clinical Doctor with exposure to antenatal, postnatal pregnancy & month wise pregnancy regimes all through Ayurveda , Yogic Sciences

Conducted 20+ successful normal deliveries and assisted in complications without surgical intervention
