Compliance to MOEFCC, KSPCB, Forest, MGD Etc.; Approvals for Expansion projects; Operation of ETP, STP, ZLD, CAAQMS, CEMS; Handling Operations and Compliance of EPR under PWM; Receipt and reporting wrt hazardous and other waste receipt for co-processing; ESG framework inline with BRSR & GRI and Group Sustainability Goals and strategies.

Implementation and sustenance of Best EHS practices, MR resposnisbilities for ISO Management Systems (QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS), Co-originator for DuPont Sustainability standards in all 3 Units, Liaising with Department of Factories, SPCB, CPCB, MOEF&CC, Forest Etc., Project Approval for Expansion of Steel Project including EIA, EC, EMP, Etc., HIRA, SIS, HAZOP, SI, LOTOTO, IM, etc., Monitoring of environment, Waste disposal.

Implementation and sustenance of Best EHS practices; MR responsibilities for ISO Management Systems (QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS); Co-originator for DuPont Sustainability standards in all 3 Units; Liaising with Department of Factories, SPCB, CPCB, MOEF&CC, GP, NPA, Forest Etc.; Project Approval for Expansion Projects; IGBC certifications; Water Audit, Energy Audits; Carbon Sequestration; Carbon Rating & Green Rating; HIRA, SIS, HAZOP, SI, LOTOTO, IM, etc., Monitoring of environment, Waste disposal.

EHS representative reporting to MD; MR for ISO standards (QMS, AS, EMS, OHSMS, MS); Liaising with all legal Compliances and Customer requirements at Corporate Level; Obtaining CTO, CTE, HWA Factory License & renewals; HIRA, SIS, MMEP, IM, Internal Audits, Periodic testings.

• Constructed academic papers, reports, presentations and grants to assist research study efforts.Proposed and implemented research focused on Nanotechnology and its application in Environmental remediation Discussed effective research protocols and procedures to minimize errors. Effectively coordinated and attended the roles and responsibilities in solution providing in EHS matters to Mysore paper Mill and Himmat Singakh (University empaneled Industries for Major Research Project). Teaching and Training PG students in the subjects of Environmental Chemistry, Pollution Control and Life Sciences.
