Dr Yadav Rakesh

• To coordinate and supervise the delivery of clinical services in all the operational areas of the hospital in consultation with Deputy Medical Superintendent
• To take a round of all the assigned areas and ensure that the staff is present and is alert to assess their work load
• Assist in collecting and collating of quality indicators from clinical departments
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and quality of services
• Ensure adequate availability of Junior Medical Staff, Para medical and departmental coordinators in all the areas
• Coordinating for training sessions of personal on departmental protocols, Infection control
• Assist MS to ensure availability of resources (Equipment, infrastructure and manpower etc.)
• To implement and coordinate management systems designed so as to offer appropriate medical care to the Hospital Clients
• To develop and maintain proper decorum and code of conduct of the staff
• Maximize customer satisfaction (Internal as well as external) by developing cordial work environment with Clinical and Non Clinical Departments to ensure smooth delivery of
• To take care of any other work given by Operations Head and Medical Superintendent.

· Responsible for the coordination and oversight of medical care providedin the hospital and for the quality of clinical services rendered.

· Ensuring that the service provides excellent patient experience with early intervention when an issue occurs.

· Optimize the efficient use of staff, facilities, equipments, supplies, consumables and support service.

· Responsible for smooth functioning of kitchen, laundry, linen services, and bio-medical waste management.

· Looking after housekeeping, hygiene, Security and other outsourced services of the hospital.

· Co-ordination and Liaison with various arms, branches and units of the hospital, zonal dispensaries, and other concerned agencies for smooth functioning of the hospital services.

· Active participation in the committees, indenting and procurement of various items required for day-to-day patient care services and co- ordination in different projects of Medical Divis on.

· Ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures as per standards of NABH as part of quality control team of the hospital.
