RTSP is an end to end card & payments processing product to support Shell Cards and Loyalty program. DXC is providing product support, which included application, infra support. Modernization services for new regions and post production support post modernization. Utilized Micro services architecture to build scalable product with improved data security deployed at faster time.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in the application , which involves investigating and diagnosing problems, providing timely solutions, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Interact with end-users, both internal and external, to understand and address their issues. guiding them through problem resolution processes.
• Maintain detailed records of reported issues, solutions provided, and any additional information relevant to problem resolution. creating a knowledge base for future reference.
• Work closely with enhancement teams to escalate complex issues, provide detailed information for debugging, and contribute to the development of patches or updates to address identified problems.
• Monitor the performance of applications and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Assist in the deployment of releases. Ensure that new releases are thoroughly tested and deployed smoothly without causing disruptions to existing functionalities.
• Provide training to end-users on how to use applications effectively. Create and update documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals, to facilitate self-help solutions for common issues.
• Manage and prioritize incidents based on their severity and impact on business operations.
• Follow established incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
• Work collaboratively with other IT teams, such as network administrators, database administrators, and security teams, to address cross-functional issues affecting application performance and security.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in the support and maintenance of applications.
• Ensure that support services meet the agreed-upon SLAs.
• Provide regular reports on support performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Project Overview : Fresa Gold is a complete solution for small scale freight forwarding industries. It’s integrated ERP with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Warehousing, Documentation and Accounting. It covers Ocean, Air and Land, Export and Import processes with dashboards to monitor and manage exceptions including MIS (Management information service) capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting for client where they are lagging.
• Online training given to customer.
• Developed Oracle Apex Pages, Page Process, Collection validation, Page validation, IR Reports, Classic Reports, Wizard, List and Dynamic SQL Reports.
• Created the HTML BL reports as per user request.
• Developing User Entry Screen and deploying into Production Environment.
• Direct interaction with the users, understanding the requirements of them and validating it.
• Attending status calls and updating the status to RM.
• Coordinating with team members regarding their status of current working apex forms & reports.
