• The objective of this project is to create a Data Lake for storing Pfizer Real Estate Data of Global Workplace Solutions & design and or enhance Dashboards for Users

• Honoured Q2 Champs for Expertizing Project NEO and started single handling complex and critical responsibilities with so much ease

• This Project is a Release Management Project which handles the customs application of Chevron, which undergoes manipulations, major or minor enhancements every month
• Every month has a list of specific applications which undergo a change, predominantly known as Enhancements
• Each Enhancement goes through the phases and environments in DT, UAT, PRODUCTION and HOTFIX
• The Defects must logged in ALM/VSTS and track to be provided for the fix
• The challenging capability here is, when a particular release is in its Production Phase, the RAT of the next month’s release has already been started
• In addition to these, there are also Off-Cycle tickets that emerge apart from the Release Management that undergo the similar protocol too
• FOT Hierarchy was one of the main projects that is pretty vast which involved SAP Hierarchy Realignment in Production
• It requires a lot of time investment, understanding the leaf nodes mapping to what and where as the data flows through a series of stages like WPH, EC and more that is a huge bundle of a minimal 700 fields that is undergoing a realignment to another FOT

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Received a high degree Client Award from the Client Head Charron Uyenco for the successful release of the same, for displaying the high-performance behavior of decisive thinking (2019)
• Awarded Kudos for exhibiting Delivery Excellence (2019)

• The purpose of this project is to provide an all-inclusive system that will allow Chevron to manage and understand the complete chemical management lifecycle and operation of wells
• The system was being built around Bentley’s Asset Wise Operational Analytics (AWOA) software suite
• Initially, Chevron produce a monthly report for all these well assets that incorporates well failures, chemical usage, chemical spend, truck treatments, corrosion monitoring and lab sampling data
• The AWOA system will take the data that populates this monthly report from source on a regular basis to allow Chevron to react to any issues identified in a timelier manner
• Benefits includes well failures can be understood and reduced, chemical treatments and chemical spends optimized, leading to production uptimes and increased well integrity
• The Chemical Management has various modules- as in Continuous, Special Jobs and Adhoc Jobs, each module has a lot of formula and each formula in turn has its own interdependencies with other attributes

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Created a Macro Sheet whose scope is subjected to the easy comparison of the calculations from the Application that is newly built against the Manual values that are obtained from Bentley
• The user just needs to enter the base input of each formula grouped together that its corresponding to, and all the formula are just calculated in a fraction of second
• The main highlight of this macro is the qualitative analysis and avoidance of redundancy to verify the attribute to go back and refer in other formula which uses the same attribute
• Perhaps as these manual values are calculated, the user needs to feed in the calculated values from the application to the macro, which highlights the mismatching values to the user

• The objective of this project is to automate module specific applications and interfaces by testing, executing and validating the Test Cases by performing System Integration Testing using Unified Functional Testing Tool
• Design, Build and Automate the Energy Component module for Chevron by driving the Functional Testing using UFT (QTP) Tool Version 12.50
• Preparation and Execution of Test and Code Scripts, Action Blocks and Functional libraries in Web technology
• Debug and Fixture Error Logs by capturing Run Reports and Execution Results

• This project supports day-to-day Colleague/ Contractor Transactional Requests from the Global HR Production operations in Pfizer
• The transfer of assets (including colleagues) into the new environment is a critical component of the optionality initiative to best align our work within the new Commercial BU structure, and to provide the greatest return to Pfizer Shareholders
• This period was both Golden & Crucial that has led me handle two projects concurrently, with huge responsibilities
• Rich HCM Experience in Acquisition and Divestiture projects and TSA Support individually
• Trace and report impact by performing reconciliation between two systems
• Handle ad-hoc requests and delegations and provide Weekly/Monthly Status reports to the Sponsors/ Clients

• The objective of this project is to integrate and support the Deloitte and Fidelity Reports interfaces by testing, executing and validating the test cases for the module of Benefits & Stocks by performing System Integration Testing in Workday
• It deals with creating test plans and solution design for Interface Documents
• This has led me a greater exposure to Benefits & Stocks module
• It also deals with validating and assigning Benefit Plans, Deductions, Earnings, setting up Compensation Eligibility Rules based on the Compensation Grades of each worker and also other eligibility criteria with respect to their related integrations

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• The objective of this project is to support the HR Division of Pfizer Inc., an American multinational pharmaceutical corporation and one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies by revenue on a Transactional Service Agreement for a divestiture project named, Zoetis
• Every request is acknowledged and acted upon within a specified period based on a SLA
• This Project will support and supply the HR data (Pfizer colleagues and Contractors) to downstream interfaces/ other applications of Pfizer globally
• This project supports day-to-day Global HR operations in Pfizer, along with Production loading and support, such as hire, extension and termination requests through Delta Feed daily
• Perform New Hires, Terminations of Pfizer Contingent Workers in GIDM (PeopleSoft) and Get Access (Workday) in Production Environment, Handle Data Migrations from legacy systems to Workday Systems
• Attention is also given to areas of improving process in Pfizer and bringing in cost efficiencies

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
