Managing end-to-end IT operations for multiple hospitality outlets under Ohris Group.

Managing biometric attendance devices and employee access systems.

Installation and configuration of billing printers, KOT printers and network printers.

Coordinating with internet service providers and IT vendors for hardware support and maintenance.
