Daily Responsibilities & Major Activities:

• Administrated and supported SAP applications like SAP S/4 HANA 2.0, SLT systems and SAP Solution Manager 7.2 as well.
• Communicated and co-ordinate with SAP ECS team for scheduling multiple activities, creating Service requests, incidents and Opening OSS connections in the services market place.
• Monitored background jobs, rescheduled, and canceled long-running jobs.
• Working with SAP RISE team (Raising SAP Incidents, SR's/ RITM for multiple activities).
• Worked on SLT replication start/stop, monitoring replication proactively and informing if any issue occurs.
• Handled transport between systems (DEV, QA & PRD) through SAP GUI and Charm portal.
• Actively managed incidents, service requests, change requests, problem tasks in tool like ServiceNow with zero SLA/KPI failure.
• Handled SolMan GRC incident and created change documents.
• Provided supported for the SAP RISE team for Full Disaster recovery activity and completed it successfully.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Administrated and supported the various level of SAP applications, such as SAP ERP/ECC, SAP NetWeaver 7.4/7.5, SAP ERP 6.0 & ECC 6.1, SAP CRM 7.0, SAP MII on NetWeaver 7.5, BI & BW 7.0, SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2. I have grasped a good knowledge in terms of analyzing, fixing the issues and ensuring the good performance of the SAP systems.
• Hands on experience in HANA DB Cockpit, HANA studio for multiple operations such as Backup monitoring, System monitoring, user management, troubleshooting.
• Performed daily System Monitoring and prepared Health Checks.
• Responsible for day-to-day administration like monitoring work process overview, analyzing of ABAP dumps, enqueue locks and system logs, etc.
• Update/maintenance of profile, Audit, and security parameters in various landscape.
• Developer access key/Object key generation, OSS incident creation in SAP support portal.
• Works on RITM/requests, INCs and routing for closure with the proper analysis and solution. Priority 1& 2- To handle priority tickets with utmost care and extra vigilant till it is resolved and give a complete hyper care.
• User Administration: Export, Import, Lock/Unlock, Password resets.
• Background job scheduling, Background job administration.
• Configuring printers at SAP and managing the spool or output requests queue when stuck.
• Moving normal, external transport requests using STMS and TP command at OS level.
• Performing the SAP R3 system Health checks & Daily Tasks.
• SAP support shut down and startup during maintenance and troubleshooting the startup issues.
• Experienced in profile management. Adding and adjusting the parameters based on the requirements.
• SAP license installation (SLICENSE) and certificate renewal in STRUST.
• Knowledge on SAP Marketplace: Downloading required installation guides and software, Downloading the Support Patches, Add-Ons, spam, Kernel.
• Table space Administration: Checking for space problems in table space, adding data file to table space using BRTOOLS.
• Providing Offshore Basis Support Global 24x7 and responsible for all the support activities.

• I have been exposed to direct dealing with Clients/application owners in solving their problems.

Major/Critical activities:

• Worked on Kernel patch upgrade.
• STPI/ST-API components upgrade using SPAM/SAINT.
• Maintenance of data replication and ensures on the High Availability in HANA systems.
• Performed ORACLE Database Backup & Restore (Refresh) by using production backup and self-system's backup as well.
• Led the yearly Full Disaster Recovery and Half Disaster Recovery testing activity, along with application and functional teams and made it successful with the extended support.
• Acted as shadow resource for the Database backup restore activity by using LAMA tool as well as HANA Database Refresh.
