Abbott Laboratories is an American multinational medical devices and health care companies in headquarters in Abbott Park Illinois, United States. In this project I was involved in developing robots using Automation Anywhere tool. I have developed automations using A360 and V11 for NHE, Terms, Updates processes of different benefit carriers and was involved in maintaining the bots. To support the business process, we have integrated salesforce application with Automation Anywhere tool.

Responsibilities:

• Worked closely with business users in identifying and defining requirements and analyze them.
• Analyze feasibility of existing process suitable for automation.
• Worked with Business Teams to create PDD (Process Definition Document).
• Solid design, coding, testing, deploying and maintaining robots using Automation Anywhere.
• Worked on logon to websites, searching in website, submitting, or updating records on website.

• Used A360 for developing Unattended robotic bots using UiPath to automate business process.
• Used Credential Manager and Control Room for maintaining, securing and retrieving user credentials.

I have worked in telecom and banking domain during my tenure in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the creation of different tasks for RPA & RDA.
• Designing and documenting automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Created reusable automation framework with MetaBots and reusable libraries with data externalization for RPA implementation.
