- DC Role-Material inward & outward, strong base of mail communication and Vendor management.
- Routine Server health monitoring, console giving, hardware replacement such as SMPS, Hard disks, RAM, FC & Ethernet SFP change.
- Effective Troubleshooting, Cable tracing, cable lying, inter rack connectivity, server installation, server decommissioning.
- Taking more than 10 server backups using Veritas NetBackup tool on a daily basis.
- Windows server backup taking through windows server manager.
- 3 Blade Servers health checking and monitoring if anything is wrong, informing the concerned team and follow up.
- LTO tapes loading & unloading in server hall library(IBM TS4500) once old tape got full, and daily basis change for some important application DB backups.
- Monitoring RAID0 storage media and communicating with the IBM vendor team in case of media failure.
- Following up with the vendor team, DB team, WINTEL team to ensure DR drill fine.
