• Planning & Execution of automation in existing biscuits line with realized saving of 10 Cr till date due to manpower reduction.
• Handling and developing vendors from India and abroad.
• Responsible for planning of yearly project budget and keeping monthly track of in coordination with Finance resources.
• Conducting performance protocols and handing over to factory operation & utility teams.
• Planning & designing Liquid Handling systems & bulk handling systems with vendors and execution within timelines.

• Responsible for installation & stabilization of high-speed packing machines from Bosch, ACG & Omori.

• Working towards planning of cream line with capex of 30 Cr and 1500 TPM capacity

• Installation of Grid casting Machine, Oxide mill, paste mixture, convection ovens etc.
• Preventive maintenance of Air Compressors, ETP, STP,WTP etc.
• Partial planning and installation of new tubular frid casting and Oxide mill along with OEM.
• Setting up and alloy plant in-house which enhanced saving in lead consumption.
• Bringing maintenance figures from 13% to 3 % in a span of six months by doing Kaizen on the shop floor.
